The gap between training and performance is where I work.

Most organizations reach for training as a default solution to performance problems. I've spent my career asking harder questions first, and designing interventions that actually close gaps rather than generating activity metrics.

My work sits at the intersection of learning science, systems thinking, and organizational reality. I'm a senior Instructional Designer currently operating in an advisory capacity, with a background directing enterprise-scale L&D programs.

Through this platform, I share frameworks, analysis, and honest perspectives on what talent development can, and cannot, accomplish.

Worthy performance is always a function of the environment and the individual — and the environment is almost always the more powerful, and more correctable, lever.
